I relize i do not have the evidence I intended to bring up. And this would not have happened if you would Obey police protocol in Raids, Robberys, Hostage Situations, Etc. All of the PD just run in guns blazing. Ask Uberjhonny the Comm On fast. Last Night he was Pissed because PD officers would just run in and shoot. It is your and the Comms duty to make sure police follow proper protocol.
