(min. 100 words): Because i have been long in the server to realise that we need more people to see the server for itself and look towards other's , to put the point on top of the cake pretty much i mean is that we don't have a few plenty of staff for what i have seen [u][Apart from some][/u] and also the fact that i noticed in my first week of the server that there are minges and someone has to take care of them in a quick hurry. Also i think i could be staff because i am mature and yes my attitude may be harsh but advice is one thing and being a dickhead is another and i choose the first one. Lastly i could say that since i am long enough here it tells me that i honestly don't wish to become staff or a part of the community but love to instead . Why should we pick you to be staff (min. 150 words): Because you need people who are responsible for what their duties are and their actions and those who especially help the server more then anyone which is staff and i think that if i become a part of that i can make a better future and possibly maybe even a better tomorrow. I honestly might despise a few things there and there but only with reason and that is what a staff should be , a person that always has a reason to prove himself worthy and responsible. Also you should pick me overall cause i know how this game works very well and i have been a part of many communities [u][ Over at least 70 that are good][/u] that had potential but fall due to economy and such. What i want to do here mainly is improve the situation and comprehend those who are faulty and don't understand what fun is and of course help out the new people by showing them the " Better Way " to play this game . Lastly i can say that maybe you don't need me cause you have enough staff and that is clear to me but it's not because of that , instead it's because not of capacity and value and respect .
