(min. 100 words):[/b] I want to be staff because I am an active member of this server and my friends and I are avid roleplayers. I genuinely enjoy this game and this server specifically and the way that it is run. I want to be staff to help maintain a healthy roleplay environment for all players who truly intend to roleplay in realistic circumstances. Another reason that I want to be staff is because I have experience as both police and a criminal so I can make unbiased decisions based purely on the rights and wrongs of situations and whether or not the roleplay was correctly played out. Being a staff member I feel I could be a great help into expanding and keeping this server a great place to act out scenarios and be apart of a community. Recently I have been more active in the discord and getting to understand people personally, I know this server has ups and downs but I believe strongly in this community. [b]Why should we pick you to be staff (min. 150 words):[/b] I should be picked a staff member because I have experience in leadership positions, good decision making skills, and experience in roleplay. As far as leadership I have been in a leading position for many extracurricular activities both academic and athletic. Part of being an adequate leader is being able to make the right calls under pressure even when it does not gain you popularity. I have experience in roleplay scenarios as far back as my first day of playing Gmod. I am able to cooperate with others honestly and willingly as well as take charge when need be. Recently I have become a team captain for my soccer team. My friends made some poor choices in how they treated each other but I upheld my role and held them accountable for their actions as I would hold anyone else. I am once again a huge fan as well as my friend group of roleplay and being apart of this communities staff would be an amazing thing. I strongly believe in this server and I wish to help maintain a positive roleplay envoirment for all players who choose whatever path they may whether it is criminal or police. I do not have expirience with the codes but I am a quick learner and am willing to do all proper training to fit the role as a staff member. I believe an important part of being a staff member is having a strong understanding of a server and its community, with that knowledge I could better interpret and handle situations. I have a strong history of mediating difficult situations and acting responsibly and objectively which I believe would make me fit as a staff member.
