(1-10)[/u]: 9 [u]Why do you want to be staff? (min. 100 words):[/u]  I would like to become apart of the Vision Networks Staff team because I just simply like the server and the players. A couple hours into joining and playing on Vision Networks PoliceRP I was already making friends and having a better time then playing on the other servers I play on. I see a lot of Rule Breakers and unfortunately A lot of them lie and most of the time I don't have proof for the rules they broke so they can not get warned or anything. I feel like if I was staff and saw them directly breaking a rule I can either call another staff member or bring them to a sit and began punishing them. I also get along with people very well ( unless of course they are being rude or toxic ). I would just like to help this server and try to make it better if anything falls out of hand. [u]Why should we pick you to be staff (min. 150 words):[/u] I think you should pick me to become apart of your staff team because I am very active on your server and I know all of the rules. Unfortunately the past warns I have are from getting a little too angry from rule breakers and thinking if they do it its okay for me to do it as well. Fortunately I have no longer thought that was okay and now know to just call a staff member if I see someone breaking the rules. I also sort of disagree on how some staff members handle sits so being myself, I would change on how i handle sits and try to make them best as I can. I have a lot of experience with ULX and how to handle certain things or how to tell if someone is lying / how to get the proof. Also I would take my job as a staff member very seriously meaning i would not abuse of any kind including taking peoples sides, no-clipping off duty, ect. I also am pretty mature ( not going to name names but some of your recent T-mods you hired break rules often.  [u]Have you ever been staff on another server?
