(min. 100 words):  Because I think that I am a good problem solver when it comes to police rules as I have made a lot of other server's rules for their servers and they have been very  popular. I think that me being staff and helping out in the community could help getting a solid player base up. On my time on the server I have seen two Trial Moderators get warned 3 times each. I think that if a staff member is even warned once they should be removed for not following their own rules. The staff doesn't fully do there job with responding to staff calls so thats why I want to be  staff member Why should we pick you to be staff (min. 150 words):  I am good at ULX and I know how to fix problems. I to love to fix problems and help people without doing something to make people not play anymore do to bad staff members that are doing things that arent allowed. I am good at talking to people and listening to what they need and want. I love helping people when it comes to problems which I explained to previously.
