So I was playing on the server with of a friend of mine named Brian. Thomas was constantly breaking Fail RP,Fear RP,Meta Game,RDM, and NLR. He was even no clipping off duty so we could not move him. I do not have proof of all of the inicdent's but I do have proof of the no clip abuse. Here is him abusing No Clip https://youtu.be/TCDkfQG7ZMQ and I hopped by on the server the next day and he is mass prop killing.
